You will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist in crafting engaging training materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer LMS ensuring up-to-date training courses and certifications

• Create videos, tutorials, and job aids for training

• Coordinate training events for virtual and in-person sessions

• Assist trainers and participants for successful learning outcomes

• Manage attendee registrations and training-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience required

• At least 2 years in training or educational roles

• Familiarity with LMS and instructional design

• Strong skills in project management and customer service

• Experience with video production tools is a plus
