Finish as a Running & Reading Volunteer Mentor in Mississauga, focusing on enriching children in Grades 1-6. Foster literacy and fitness through enjoyable weekly activities.

In this volunteer role, you’ll dedicate just two hours each Tuesday to inspire students and promote healthy lifestyles. By participating in fitness activities and engaging in reading sessions, you will make a difference in their lives. Your support will help the kids build confidence and form meaningful connections with their peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and join fun fitness activities

• Read together with children for literacy growth

• Serve nutritious snacks during the club

• Guide or support engaging literacy games

• Create a supportive atmosphere for students

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Ability to travel to St. Louis Elementary

• Agree to background check as needed

• Follow Volunteer Code of Conduct

• Commitment to mentoring young learners
