Elementary Tutor Position

Join Oxford Learning in Mississauga as a part-time Elementary Tutor. This in-person role allows you to inspire students in grades K-8 while fostering a positive learning environment.

The part-time tutor position at Oxford Learning requires availability Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess a strong grasp of the Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum.

Your role will involve guiding multiple students in their studies while utilizing the school's proven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction to up to three students at different levels

• Utilize Oxford Learning's methodologies for effective teaching

• Fill out post-lesson notes and keep communication updated

• Keep a professional and friendly approach all times

Requirements:

• Degree or certification relevant to teaching

• Teaching experience or tutoring at Kindergarten-Grade 8

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple students

• Dependable and ready to commit to required hours
