Position: Training Specialist (Bilingual) - Sunoco LP
Join Sunoco LP as a Bilingual Training Specialist, focusing on enhancing training delivery and learner engagement in retail. This role includes both classroom and virtual training formats.

As a key member of the Training and Development team, your work will involve assessing training needs and developing materials tailored for store operations. You will play an essential role in onboarding Franchise Partners and implementing training programs that drive performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate virtual classroom training

• Coordinate in-store training for new openings

• Develop and maintain training materials and content

• Administer the Learning Management System

• Liaise with other departments for training support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of training experience

• Degree in Adult Education or related field

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and design tools

• Willingness to travel and meet physical job demands
