As a Teaching Faculty Member, you will report to the Associate Chair while emphasizing an inclusive learning environment. Your duties include teaching counselling theory and skills, managing online learning via Brightspace, and supporting student success through mentorship. You will also provide timely feedback on assessments, coordinate evaluations with Practicum Supervisors, and facilitate engaging online curriculum activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach counselling psychology theory and skills courses
• Foster student success through coaching and support
• Manage online learning activities on Brightspace
• Provide timely feedback on student assessments
• Coordinate with Practicum Supervisors for evaluations
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in psychology or counselling
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid clinical practice registration in Canada
• Graduate-level teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
