Lead Learning and Development Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of Leadership & Learning, you will design and facilitate learning initiatives that align with business objectives. You'll evaluate program effectiveness while managing partnerships across the organization. Strong facilitation and project management skills are essential for fostering engaging learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences

• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs

• Develop communication strategies for program promotion

• Lead projects from conception to evaluation

• Utilize feedback to continuously improve programs

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in leading learning programs

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Background in Adult Education or similar fields

• Proficient in creating engaging learning material

• Comfort in navigating a fast-paced environment
