Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client learning needs in partnership with business stakeholders

• Create instructional materials including guides and multimedia content

• Update design documents using graphic design software

• Use project management tools to streamline training initiatives

• Deliver alignment on learning objectives and outcomes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant design experience

• Completion of an Adult Learning or Instructional Design program

• Knowledge of Articulate tools essential

• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop

• Strong project management and collaborative skills
