Innovative Senior Learning Design Specialist

Elevate training experiences at TJX Canada as a Senior Learning & Development Design Specialist. Lead projects that enhance associate development and performance across all our brands.

In this key role, you will manage short-term projects while crafting instructor-led training and eLearning programs that resonate with associates at WINNERS, Home Sense, and Marshalls. With at least 5 to 7 years of instructional design expertise, you will leverage your knowledge of learning principles to create engaging educational materials that drive results and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse training projects ensuring alignment with business goals

• Assess and enhance existing training materials

• Lead research on learning theories and methodologies

• Mentor team members in best design practices

• Facilitate collaborative specialist meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years in instructional design or e-learning

• Completed Adult Learning or relevant certification

• Strong project management skills with attention to details

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in applying evidence-based design practices
