Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions

• Develop and curate engaging, purpose-driven learning content

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning initiatives

• Conduct instructional design research and prototype solutions

• Measure and analyze learning effectiveness

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in related fields

• Minimum of 3 years in designing interactive learning experiences

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and similar tools

• Adult Learning certification is an asset
