Position: Training Specialist for FedEx Operations
Lead training initiatives as a Training Specialist for Fed Ex Operations. This position requires expertise in instructional methods and management of employee training strategies.

As a Training Specialist, you will implement and administer training programs to address the educational needs of all facility employees. You will manage the curriculum, ensure effective delivery of training events, and collaborate with managers on employee development. Additionally, you'll respond to inquiries related to training efforts and help identify improvement areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs for facility employees

• Oversee the management of the training curriculum

• Coordinate and execute Package Handler training events

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to facility managers

• Identify training gaps and propose solutions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred

• Minimum one year in instructor-led training

• Familiarity with training principles in operations

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office software

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
