At TJX Canada, we seek a Senior Learning & Development Design Specialist with a passion for instructional design and eLearning. With 5 to 7 years of experience, you will manage multiple projects, assess training processes, and ensure they meet business needs. Collaborate with a diverse team while shaping effective development experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 6-month projects with varying complexity

• Evaluate training processes and revise materials based on assessments

• Act as subject matter expert for design principles

• Coach and mentor team members on design and technology

• Organize specialist meetings for knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years in Instructional Design or eLearning

• Completed Adult Learning or Instructional Design certification

• Strong project management skills for multiple timelines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build relationships with team members
