Reporting to the Technical Training Development Manager, you will design, develop, and maintain diverse training solutions including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you’ll translate complex information into impactful content that supports onboarding and professional development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging virtual and blended training solutions

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs

• Develop instructional materials, including course outlines

• Create interactive digital learning experiences

• Review and improve training content for quality

Requirements:

• Degree in instructional design or related field

• 5-8 years in training and content development

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
