As a Trades Program Coordinator, your role will include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring program compliance. You will develop educational materials that reflect industry standards while engaging with students and faculty to enhance learning outcomes. Ensure the effective delivery of training in Renovation, Construction, and Cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of trades program management

• Develop curricular updates with industry-relevant knowledge

• Provide support to faculty through training and resources

• Serve as a liaison for student academic needs and support

• Maintain industry partnerships for co-op and internship opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the trades industry

• Hands-on skills with tools and equipment

• Associate Degree/Diploma in a related field

• Experience in teaching and program coordination

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
