Position: Hybrid Paralegal Program Coordinator Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage accreditation processes and program delivery while acting as a key facilitator between faculty and operational departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of paralegal studies, experience in program coordination, and strong communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling to support different cohorts is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the LSO on program accreditation and audits

• Ensure program delivery adheres to compliance standards

• Facilitate regular faculty meetings for updates and discussions

• Observe classroom activities and maintain documentation

• Create and review instructional materials and assessments

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related discipline

• Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in Ontario

• At least three years of professional legal experience

• Teaching experience of three years or more

• Competence in Microsoft Office and adult education methods
