The Program Coordinator position at triOS College focuses on delivering high-quality paralegal education. You will manage accreditation, guide faculty, and aid in curriculum development while ensuring compliance with critical standards. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate multiple learning cohorts and a dedication to continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accreditation process with the LSO
• Monitor course delivery to ensure compliance
• Lead faculty meetings for program updates and best practices
• Conduct classroom observations and document findings
• Develop instructional content and evaluation methods
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Must be a Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing
• Minimum of three years practicing law or paralegal work
• At least three years of instructional experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adult learning principles
