The University of Toronto Mississauga is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for the Winter term 2027 to teach MMI
2000H. Candidates should possess an advanced degree, preferably an MBA, along with prior teaching experience and mastery of the subject matter. The focus will be on engaging students through real-world problem-solving and case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging course content
• Develop and administer assignments and tests
• Mark student work and submit grades
• Maintain communication with students outside class
• Supervise assigned Teaching Assistants
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Preferred teaching experience in similar courses
• Demonstrated teaching excellence
• Strong knowledge of innovation management
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
