Industrial Safety Training Instructor

Use industrial equipment knowledge and adult learning principles to deliver hands-on safety instruction for customers at Ontario workplaces. Training includes classroom and practical evaluation.
Engaged Training Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Trainer to provide industry-focused programs through its Stoney Creek Training Centre and customer sites. The instructor will identify learning needs, respond professionally to participant questions, and promote regulatory compliance and safe equipment practices. Manufacturing and heavy equipment experience are considered assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply adult learning principles during customer training
Answer industry questions with sensitivity and professionalism
Evaluate overhead crane and powered equipment operation
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams
Submit accurate required training documentation
Requirements:
Minimum two years training employees inside and outside organizations

Experience with manufacturing or heavy equipment
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
Ability to assess situations and solve problems
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
