As Paid Media Manager, Roofing, you lead campaigns for roofing contractors across several markets. You make budget, targeting, bidding, and creative testing decisions while serving as the strategic voice for clients. This full-time role focuses exclusively on paid media, with SEO handled separately.

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and Microsoft Ads
• Allocate budgets, adjust bids, target audiences, and test creative
• Track conversions through GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels
• Build 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationships

• Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
• Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
• Proven ROAS, CPA, or pipeline performance results
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
