Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced wind turbine blade inspections and repairs

• Lead and mentor composite crews on-site

• Develop task plans for inspection and repair activities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed daily

• Conduct quality control activities on repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred

• Minimum 12 months in wind composite inspection and repair

• Familiarity with industrial safety practices

• Strong attention to detail in reporting findings

• Willingness to travel 100%
