CMI Solar is looking for a motivated Solar Site Foreman with a hands-on approach to coordinate residential solar PV installations. With two or more years of construction or solar experience, you will conduct site visits, assist on rooftops, and ensure safety compliance in your daily operations. Your organizational skills and understanding of job safety will be crucial in maintaining smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions for installations

• Load and stage materials efficiently at job sites

• Assist install teams with setup and basic tasks on rooftops

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation including photos and notes

Requirements:

• 2+ years in residential solar or construction experience

• Valid Working at Heights certification

• Clean G-class driver’s license required

• Physical fitness for lifting and roof work

• Knowledge of electrical systems is an asset
