Join Ellis Don as an Energy Analyst specializing in energy modeling to drive sustainability in construction. You will optimize energy efficiency projects while working in an inclusive environment.
This role requires 1 to 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or building engineering. As an Energy Analyst, you will develop energy models using tools like Energy Plus and eQUEST, calibrate them with real data, and assess energy performance. Collaborate with technical teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop energy models to predict consumption trends
• Calibrate models using weather and metered data
• Implement performance tracking for energy conservation measures
• Analyze facilities to enhance energy performance
• Present findings and trends to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of energy modeling experience
• Background in engineering or energy credentials
• Proficiency in HVAC and building automation
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
• Familiarity with programming languages and SQL considered an asset
