This remote role involves reporting to the Chief Power Engineer and managing diverse operations related to steam boilers and refrigeration systems. You'll monitor equipment, respond to alarms, and maintain efficient processes in a safe manner. Participation in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays, is essential for continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor steam boilers and ancillary equipment

• Investigate and resolve equipment alarms and issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

• Adjust water treatment plant and cooling tower operations

Requirements:

• Completed Second Class Boiler / Power Engineer Ticket

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills

• Comfortable working in varied environments and with heavy lifting
