Provide expert technical support to customers, sales teams, and manufacturing partners, addressing inquiries about product capabilities and applications.

Manage customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver actionable feedback to the product development team.
Represent the organization at polymer industry conferences, plastics trade shows, and technical seminars. Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and contribute to industry publications.
Maintain accurate reports, including call reports, project updates, and monthly activity summaries.
Provide technical and functional guidance to colleagues, sharing best practices in color concentrates, polymers, and compounding technologies.

Senior Technical Services Representative to join their team and serve as a trusted technical expert for major clients in the plastics manufacturing, polymer processing, and compounding industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, driving product innovation, and building strong customer relationships.
You will work directly with key accounts in plastics and polymer applications, providing hands‑on technical guidance while collaborating with internal product development teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of industry needs. This is a high‑impact position that represents the organization at industry trade shows, conferences, and technical events.

Job Requirements  Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field (advanced degree a plus).

Experience:

8+ years in polymer processing, plastics manufacturing, or technical services, including 3+ years supporting major accounts or leading technical initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
In‑depth knowledge of color concentrates, plastics compounding, extrusion, injection molding, and processing technologies.

Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to diverse audiences.

Experience with CRM systems and a track record of industry thought leadership (publications, technical papers, or conference presentations) is a strong asset.
