Position: Bim Specialist For Airports
Overview  Enhance civil infrastructure projects as a BIM Specialist focused on Airports in Mississauga. Engage in multidisciplinary coordination and govern BIM processes effectively. This in office role requires expertise in coordinating BIM across Architecture, MEP, Data, and Structural disciplines. You will lead workshops, establish governance for BIM implementation, and create model templates for architectural and MEP systems. Successful applicants will have robust experience with construction documents and relevant software.
Responsibilities   Coordinate BIM needs across various civil infrastructure disciplines
Establish governance and processes for effective BIM usage
Lead BIM coordination workshops for project teams
Develop model templates for architectural and MEP elements
Facilitate laser scanning of existing infrastructure when needed
Qualifications   University degree with at least 4 years in civil infrastructure

Experience with BIM software;
Autodesk Revit preferred
Familiarity with construction management systems like Bentley Project Wise
Proficiency in CADD and GIS technologies
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
