You will play a critical role in new program launches and ongoing production activities, while focusing on tooling, process development, and successful project execution. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive engineering initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation related to engineering changes

• Lead problem-solving activities and PFMEA updates

• Support all stages of program development

• Generate technical specifications and drawings

• Conduct feasibility assessments and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in automotive welded assemblies

• Strong project management and cost estimating skills

• Technical knowledge of CAD software

• Willingness to travel internationally
