Mechanical Design Engineer; HVAC – Sheet Metal

Our client, a leader in air management solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC – Sheet Metal) to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting product development and innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for sheet metal HVAC components using Solid Works.
• Support the design and development of air control and fire safety products to meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient.
• Assist in product testing, validation, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Contribute to ongoing design improvements and process optimization initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical or product design, with a focus on sheet metal components.
• Proficiency in Solid Works is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support collaborative projects.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
