Overview

Be a key contributor to Veraltos product reliability efforts in London, Ontario as a Customer Defect Tracking Engineering Specialist. Own the lifecycle of issue resolution for enhanced engineering standards.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Verification & Assurance. You will engage in the Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution initiative, translating real-world performance insights into actionable improvements. By driving collaboration across departments and employing a thorough analysis of service issues, you will help refine verification and operational processes.

• Analyze escalated field issues and identify systemic patterns
• Champion cross-functional fields issue resolutions
• Validate and verify corrective action strategies
• Integrate field insights into updated engineering standards
• Communicate status and outcomes through structured forums

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in field support and reliability methods
• Robust analytical skills and root cause investigation expertise
• Understanding of verification testing and change management
• Proven experience in interpreting field data and service reports
