You will play an important role in the Service Department, working closely with team members to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of BAS. Your technical knowledge will be essential in conducting checks, verifications, and preventative maintenance. A strong customer focus and motivation to learn are critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks and calibration of BAS systems

• Carry out preventative maintenance efficiently

• Utilize Visio and Microsoft Suite for programming tasks

• Manage minor HVAC routines using graphical interfaces

• Maintain professionalism in customer interactions

Requirements:

• Technician Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation

• 3-5 years of experience in BAS required

• Excellent skills in troubleshooting complex service issues

• Experience with Johnson Controls or Distech Systems preferred

• Valid Driver’s license with occasional out-of-town work
