• Manage construction scheduling and in office deliveries
• Collaborate on project updates and resource allocation
• Conduct site visits for compliance and safety checks
• Maintain project documentation including logs and reports
• Assist in financial tracking and budget preparation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of project coordination experience
• Background in large infrastructure or subway projects
• Team-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software
