Join Amico as an Assistant Project Manager specifically for the Mobilinx Project. Support all construction activities, from scheduling to documentation, in a collaborative setting.
In this role, you will assist the project manager and construction teams in managing various tasks across the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include tracking progress, conducting site inspections, and providing updates during project meetings. Collaboration is essential as you will coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction scheduling and in office deliveries
- Collaborate on project updates and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits for compliance and safety checks
- Maintain project documentation including logs and reports
- Assist in financial tracking and budget preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of project coordination experience
- Background in large infrastructure or subway projects
- Team-oriented with robust organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software
