The Staff Supplier Quality Engineer will work closely with suppliers to improve component quality and streamline processes. This role requires expertise in quality engineering, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of ISO standards. You’ll be responsible for tracking performance data, managing quality audits, and driving key improvement projects across functions like Manufacturing and Engineering.

• Conduct supplier audits for compliance with ISO standards
• Lead performance improvement projects with suppliers
• Implement corrective actions for supplier issues
• Maintain a comprehensive supplier performance database
• Foster robust relationships and communication with suppliers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supplier Quality Engineering
• Knowledge of lean-six sigma tools and ISO standards
• Solid analytical and communication skills
  
  Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
