Principal Process Engineer

Lycopodium seeks a Principal Process Engineer to lead project delivery in Mississauga, Ontario. Your expertise will ensure compliance and technical precision in process documentation and design.
This senior role involves directing NI 43-101 compliant documentation and engineering deliverables, requiring a degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. You'll also manage metallurgical test programmes and evaluate vendor data to support process design. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring team members are key responsibilities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliant process documentation for projects

• Produce essential process engineering deliverables

• Plan and execute metallurgical testwork programmes

• Evaluate process equipment tenders with recommendations

• Manage risks and changes effectively in projects
Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

• 15+ years in mineral processing engineering

• Experience in operations/process plant environments

• Deep expertise in process design and safety requirements

• Proficient with mineral processing tools and MS Excel
