As the Bid Lead, you will report directly to the Bid Manager and take charge of the entire proposal development lifecycle. Core responsibilities include leading large proposals, coordinating with technical experts, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Your ability to manage multiple bids under pressure and maintain compliance will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex proposals, coordinating teams for submissions

• Facilitate kickoff meetings and status updates regularly

• Create detailed proposal outlines and pricing worksheets

• Maintain an accurate proposals database and style guides

• Implement best practices and improvements in proposal tools

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• APMP Foundation certification is preferred

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of nuclear projects and terminology

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
