Position: EBC Civil Division Co-op Role
Start your civil engineering career with EBC as a Co-op in Project Management for 12 months.

This role offers vital experience on construction projects throughout Ontario, focusing on planning and site execution.

As a Co-op in the Civil Division, you will support the Project Management Team with essential tasks ranging from daily monitoring to improving engineering designs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in negotiations, managing subcontractor communications, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will gain exposure to construction estimation and risk assessment processes while engaging with experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily work through assigned technical tasks

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers effectively

• Prepare and follow up on technical specifications

• Contribute to contract negotiations and project timelines

• Participate in site stakeholder meetings and discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) in progress

• Relevant experience in construction methods preferred

• Driver's license required for site travel
