Position: Contract Administrator for Roadway Construction
Lead roadway construction and contract administration efforts as a Contract Administrator. You will ensure regulatory compliance and project success through effective supervision and quality control in the greater Toronto area.

This position emphasizes overseeing medium to large contracts with municipalities, requiring a mix of analytical problem-solving and team leadership. Responsibilities include directing inspections, approving work progress, and ensuring conformance to contract specifications. Your work contributes to community development through successful execution of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct contract administration and compliance activities

• Supervise field inspections and contractor performance

• Review and approve project documents

• Conduct site surveys and prepare reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders on project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in roadway/heavy construction roles

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Technology

• Prior experience with MTO or similar projects

• Knowledge of construction methods and Ontario standards

• Effective organizational and communication skills
