Excel as a Civil Estimator with Amico, focusing on heavy civil projects. This role demands a strong background in cost estimation and project management within the construction sector.

Amico is looking for an Estimator with a decade of experience in construction and estimating, particularly for ICI or infrastructure sectors. You will prepare cost estimates and collaborate with subcontractors for accurate pricing. Your understanding of project schedules and familiarity with Primavera P6 will support your success in bidding documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs accurately

• Review specifications to determine project scope

• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing on specialized scopes

• Analyze project schedules and their impact on costs

• Participate in post-bid reviews and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Over 10 years in estimating heavy civil projects

• Experience with Heavy Bid estimating software

• Excellent technical writing skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
