Join Hatch as a Civil Engineering Tunnels Student in Mississauga, Ontario, for an enriching internship focused on underground structures. Enhance your skills while working on impactful projects globally.

Starting in Fall 2026, this internship offers 4 or 8-month placements under experienced Tunnels Project Engineers. You will be involved in diverse challenges, assisting in detailed design, coordination, and technical documentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support conceptual and preliminary design efforts

• Collaborate with team members on project tasks

• Create and review technical documents for submission

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Relevant coursework in Geotechnics and Project Management

• Skills in AutoCAD, Micro Station, or Civil3D

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
