In this role, you will be instrumental in the contract administration team, working closely with Project Managers and clients on high-value construction projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing contract documentation and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure project's smooth execution. Expect to work some extended hours, especially during peak seasons, to drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Contract Administration for municipal infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and inspectors daily
• Prepare and disseminate contract documentation accurately
• Manage scheduling and cost estimates for project efficiency
• Assist in field duties and quality assurance tasks
Requirements:
• OACETT ‘rcca’ or P.Eng. designation required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure
• Proven experience on large scale contracts over $5 million
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
