Position: BIM Coordinator for Eglinton Crosstown

TRP is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator. In this role, you will develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. You will be responsible for coordinating information workflows across teams, monitoring BIM deliverables, and providing technical support to project members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM Execution Plan and protocols

• Ensure compliance with BIM, CAD, and GIS standards

• Monitor BIM deliverables from design partners

• Facilitate communication with design consultants

• Deliver training on BIM workflows for project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator in construction projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

• Strong understanding of BIM principles and standards

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
