Project Director for Tunneling

EBC Inc. is looking for a Project Director in Mississauga, Ontario, to lead significant tunneling projects. Drive infrastructure initiatives while managing costs, compliance, safety, and quality standards.
This permanent position involves overseeing major construction initiatives within the Major Projects – Tunneling division. Successful candidates will bring over 15 years of construction experience, particularly focusing on tunnels and underground works.

Your role will be integral in ensuring project success through expert management, collaboration, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bids and execute construction projects efficiently

• Negotiate subcontractor agreements effectively

• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and budget requirements

• Assist in customer contract negotiations as necessary

• Monitor staff productivity and project costs diligently
Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or related field

• 15+ years in construction, specializing in tunneling

• Proven leadership in large-scale project execution

• Extensive knowledge of tunneling methodologies

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
