Position: Project Coordinator/Estimator at K.I.B.

As a vital link between the Project Manager and teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage correspondence, and clarify work scopes. You'll also ensure safety compliance and assist in site inspections to maintain quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets and construction schedules for projects

• Maintain correspondence with architects, engineers, and sub-trades

• Develop relationships with clients and consultants

• Assist in detailed cost estimates and project quotes

• Attend site meetings and monitor daily project activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering, architecture, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of project coordinator experience

• Strong understanding of construction documents and scopes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Valid G level driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs
