Position: Senior Estimator for Nuclear Projects

In this key role reporting to the Securement Manager, you will manage preconstruction cost efforts. Your responsibilities include developing project budgets, engaging in value engineering, and assisting with the bid process. You’ll also create project strategies that meet performance and profitability goals while building relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strategic relations with customers and suppliers

• Develop preliminary budgets and cost plans

• Participate in project scheduling and risk assessments

• Oversee tendering and sub-trade contracts

• Conduct lessons learned and project close-out reports

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in quantity surveying or engineering

• 6+ years nuclear estimator experience

• Proficient in estimating software programs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
