In this critical role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from design planning to on-site construction oversight. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive project outlines and specifications, overseeing regulatory compliance, and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project management from start to finish

• Create and implement scope, budget, and schedule plans

• Oversee construction phases, ensuring compliance with designs

• Coordinate procurement processes and vendor selection

• Document project interactions and maintain records

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• 4-7 years in project management within industrial construction

• Experience with MEP systems, particularly in food-related projects

• Competence in design software and project management tools

• Must travel at least 50% to various construction sites
