Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project pursuits during RFQ and RFP stages

• Organize and lead multidisciplinary project teams

• Assist in the preparation of technical narratives and responses

• Help establish and monitor pursuit schedules

• Manage document control for all activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in heavy civil project management or similar

• Engineering degree or Construction Management background preferred

• Strong writing skills for clear technical communication

• Understanding of different contract delivery models

• Organized and proactive with an eagerness to grow
