In this dynamic role, you will scale bakery product prototypes to commercial production while ensuring quality and performance through rigorous testing. Managing relationships with internal and external customers is key, alongside providing technical support for new product introductions. Your leadership will guide project teams and creative product ideation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scale lab prototypes to pilot and commercial production
• Lead product testing including sensory and quality assessments
• Manage product development relationships with clients
• Present products to customers and at industry events
• Monitor market trends for innovative ideas
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or similar
• 6–8 years in R&D product development
• Hands-on experience in food product development
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills
• Project management and problem-solving abilities
