Position: Process Engineer at Martinrea International )

Join Martinrea International as a Process Engineer focused on enhancing automotive assembly systems and improving manufacturing processes. Leverage your technical expertise in lean manufacturing, tooling, and CAD to drive efficiency. As a Process Engineer, you will analyze and improve assembly processes, implementing continuous improvement projects.

Your role will involve optimizing injection molding processes while collaborating closely with the Health & Safety team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement continuous improvement projects
Optimize injection molding processes and analyze defects
Assist in ergonomic project design for Health & Safety
Update documents, reports, and procedure manuals
Prepare quotations for plant equipment and activities

Requirements

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of manufacturing processes experience
Experience in automotive environments preferred
Robust facilitation and time management skills
Knowledge of CAD is an asset
