Position: Manufacturing Process Engineer - INKAS®
Join INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, focusing on welding and assembly optimization. Collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and quality in production processes.

In this role, you will support equipment launches and lead efforts to improve automotive manufacturing processes. Your background in mechanical or industrial engineering will guide your work in enhancing manufacturing performance and developing effective process controls.

Experience with lean methodologies will be key to achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize welding, assembly, fixturing, and material flow

• Develop standard work instructions and process sheets

• Support new product and tooling launches

• Conduct process validation and corrective action implementation

• Monitor process capability and drive improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• 3–5+ years of process engineering experience

• Experience with welding processes and automation

• Strong analytical and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with lean and quality improvement tools
