This position requires an individual with 3–7 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial management. You will be responsible for accurate cost tracking, contract administration, and supporting commercial reporting. Your contributions will support large-scale infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with PACT's governance and reporting requirements.

• Manage quantities, measurements, and cost tracking
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive cost forecasts and budgets
• Review and validate subcontractor progress claims
• Support procurement activities, including bid evaluations
• Maintain meticulous commercial records and documentation

• 3–7 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Post‑secondary education in a related discipline
• Solid understanding of cost management required
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
• Skills in Excel and cost tracking/reporting tools
