Position: WSP Technical Report Author for Remediation
Become a part of WSP's mission as a Technical Report Author specializing in contaminated site evaluations based in British Columbia. Utilize your skills in technical writing and environmental assessment to foster site remediation.

This intermediate role demands 4-6 years of experience in the field, where you'll play a key part in our team focused on managing contaminated sites impacted by hydrocarbons. Collaborate closely with project managers and field technicians to create accurate, high-quality technical reports and site documentation that meets provincial regulations. Your work will also encompass conducting risk assessments and implementing quality assurance practices to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author technical reports for site assessment and remediation

• Prepare documentation for site closure procedures

• Conduct QA/QC of laboratory results and data

• Develop project-specific work plans and regulatory forms

• Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geoscience

• 4-6 years of direct experience in site monitoring

• Working knowledge of relevant provincial regulations

• Proficient technical writing and statistical software skills

• Capacity to mentor less experienced colleagues
