Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer at MHI

Join MHI Canada Aerospace as a Manufacturing Engineer to develop methods and tooling for aerospace projects. This role focuses on assembly processes and is structured from Monday to Friday.

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Product Definition, you will ensure that manufacturing integration aligns with engineering specifications. You'll conduct analysis on assembly flows and assist with production issues, making your expertise critical to operations. Your proactive approach will enhance collaboration among various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design manufacturing integration concepts

• Assess and define assembly flow-time and production hours

• Conduct feasibility studies for automation

• Facilitate design reviews and presentations

• Collaborate with production on methods processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in aerospace methods engineering

• Strong skills in interpreting engineering drawings

• Knowledge of aircraft materials and hardware

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Work authorization for Canada required
