Join Martinrea International as a Process Engineer to drive enhancements in automotive manufacturing processes. This dynamic role emphasizes lean manufacturing, tooling, and CAD integration for optimal assembly efficiency.

As a Process Engineer, you will engage in continuous improvement projects that elevate assembly operations. Your primary focus will be optimizing injection molding processes while working in tandem with the Health & Safety team to ensure ergonomic design practices. You'll be responsible for accurately updating documents and preparing equipment quotations to maintain effective workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects

• Optimize injection molding processes and analyze defects

• Assist in ergonomic project design for Health & Safety

• Update documents, reports, and procedure manuals

• Prepare quotations for plant equipment and activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3-5 years of manufacturing processes experience

• Preferred experience in automotive environments

• Strong facilitation and time management skills

• Knowledge of CAD is an asset
